I just saw an article on MSN that said 'Old Christine' will probably get the ax after this year! That better not happen - I freakin' LOVE this show - and so do my kids - it's one of the only shows you can actually watch with kids. CBS, you better be listening!! Quit moving the show around, and keep it on the air!

Saw the same article. I have never joined one of these discussion forums but I felt compelled to after reading the article. Whatever we need to do---SAVE THIS SHOW!!!

I adore this show. It is so funny - it really does remind me of Seinfield.
I just saw an ad for Bertolli where they are having a contest and you can win a trip to your favorite CBS comedy. The only ones they listed were Big Bang, HIMYM, 2 1/2 Men and Worst Week. SERIOUSLY? If they ditch Christine for Worst Week they are fools. That show is STUPID.

I've been keeping a close eye on the TVbytheNumbers Renew / Cancel Index which is put out every week, giving an analysis about the likelihood of shows staying around.

Although Old Christine was struggling early on, it has been moving closer and closer to the renewal zone.

If you want to, check out TV.com's Old Christine page, there is a thread called - Old Christine "Most Likely Canceled" on there with pretty in depth coverage of every edition. If you check out the official episode discussions there you will also see weekly ratings.

Who seriously runs this joint...People love this show, we loved Moonlight, I love Gary Unmarried. It is bizzare how many people speak up to say leave our shows alone. I have to DVR all my shows because I work so early in the morning, I cannot stay up until they are all on. I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE, The New Adventures of Old Christine.

LEAVE this show alone!! Quit saying your getting rid of it. It is hilarious. The cast is so good together, STOP the threats of disbanding!!

Leave alone Christine, Big Bang Theory, Gary Unmarried, How I met Your Mother, 2 1/2 Men, Ghost Whisperer, Big Brother

By the way..the class was a decent show and you should have given it a chance CBS sucks at show cancellations choices! Leave our shows alone!!!!!!!

Or put a person who actually watches the shows in charge!

This is getting soo old! I love this show it is fresh and roll on the floor funny. With the world the way it is right now sometimes you just want to come home from work and watch something that is funny and just relax. Enough with the dramas. They are so overworked. KEEP CHRISTINE!

I love this show!! It's one I look forward to each week - I was disappointed when it moved to Wednesday - it was a great run on Monday with '2 and 1/2 Men' and 'Big Bang Theory' (I don't like/get 'How I met your Mother'). I hate to admit I can relate to her! She says and does what I'm thinking! I'm rolling just thinking about it LOL!! She's a great unwind from a tough day at work! Please don't cancel---

I absolutely love this show. This is the first time I have ever joined one of these discussion forums, but I felt compelled. The New Adventures of Old Christine is a joy to watch. The cast and writers do a marvelous job at getting us through humpday (Wednesday) with smart comic relief. Additionally, Julia Louis-Dreyfus and Wanda Sykes are an amazing duo. Please do not cancel this show.

This is the best sitcom I have found in FOREVER. Big Bang and 30 rock tie for second. I had all but given up on the networks as they had seemed to dedicate all available slots to reality television. If I want survivor or american idol, I'll tune into bravo or MTV. Bravo does reality tv so much better and really I expect a lot more from the network that brought "King of Queens" and "Everybody loves Raymond." I have only recently found Christine and I am hooked. This show is hilarious and with Julia Louis Dreyfus and Wanda Sykes what more could could you ask for?
Give it a chance to find it's audience. I don't want to pull out the big guns, but in these "trying economic times" (currently the most overused euphemism for recession- ever) people need to laugh and this show delivers. I beg the powers that be to reconsider. More "reality" I don't need. And if I see one more show dedicated to celebrity mishaps, I will vomit. Really, considering how much these people have and how fabulous and scandalous their lives are just reminds me of how what they waste on a single purse could easily pay my rent. UGGGGGGHHHH.

I can't believe they will put an end to this show...it's too good. I was really excited to watch it tonight but it's Rudolf Special. I'd be extremely disappointed if this happened. I was disappointed not to see Rules Of Engagement this season...what happened there? Another great show gone...

Rules of Engagement will be returning midseason. They are going to pre-empt Worst Week and put Rules on for (I think) 13 episodes.

As for Old Christine, it's been getting stronger and stronger! I can just hope CBS sees that it getting 8.25 million viewers without a lead-in is a pretty good success considering they don't EVER advertise it!

My Tivo seems to hate the show. Keeps recording pay-per-view previews instead.
